tried for the first time properly yesterday. I lied down on my bed with a guided meditation playing from youtube (20 mins). I just breathed in and out for 20 mins. When a new thought came, I kindly sent it away.
Then I listened to soft natural songs for about 10 more mins. Then I took off the headphones for another 10 minutes of silence. Breathing in and out. No thoughts.
I can’t tell you how relaxed I felt x
