Brene Brown is just so right, we all numb those negative feelings, pretend like its ok, like we aren’t affecting others or ourselves. We all struggle with vulnerability and the truth is we must open ourselves up to the vulnerability of feeling every feeling, cause as painfully cheesy as this sounds it’s what makes us human.
